MANILA – The Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Center, together with the Department of Transportation (DOTr), signed on August 17, 2023 contracts for consultant’s services of four PPP projects included in the administration’s ‘Build-Better-More’ infrastructure program. Sultan Kudarat farmers receive farm machinery from DAR
