President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. disclosed on Wednesday that the government remains steadfast in its commitment to nurturing innovation and sustainable development, reflected by the launching of the National Innovation Agenda and Strategy Document (NIASD).

Marcos Jr. na iwasang kunsintihin ang katiwalian at paglabag sa karapatang pantao sa isinagawang oath-taking ng 2nd batch ng mga bagong promote na star-rank officers ng Philippine National Police (PNP). Sa kanyang mensahe, hinimok ni PBBM ang mga pulis na panatilihin ang respeto at suporta nang sa gayo'y magtiwala ang taumbayan sa kapulisan at i-prayoridad ang pakikipag-dayalogo, kolaborasyon at kooperasyon sa mga komunidad na kanilang pinagsisilbihan.
President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. signed into law on Wednesday the “Trabaho Para sa Bayan Act,” which aims to address unemployment, underemployment, and other challenges in the labor market.
The President led a sectoral meeting on the updates on the implementation of the said national plan, where he emphasized the need to prioritize projects based on utility and development aspect.
President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. bucked on Tuesday the proposal to temporarily implement rice tariff reduction in a bid to address the surge of rice prices in the market.
As a part of the government’s efforts to provide sufficient food supply to every Filipino, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. distributed a portion of the confiscated smuggled rice to 1,000 residents in San Andres, Manila on Tuesday.
