(MPIC) and Malaysia’s Hartasuma Sdn. Bhd. that could reach up to Php3 billion in rail-oriented projects in the Philippines.

The Philippines and Malaysia agreed on Wednesday to convene the next Philippines-Malaysia Joint Commission Meeting to discuss priority cooperation in various areas of mutual interest, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. said on Wednesday, following his bilateral meeting with Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim.

The Philippines and Malaysia should examine and restrengthen their relationship as the two nations gear toward post-pandemic recovery, wherein both countries will play an important role, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. said on Wednesday.
