Binisita ng ating delegasyon sa 2023 United Nations Climate Change Conference ang Filipino community na nagtipon sa Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) kahapon ika-30 ng Nobyembre. Sa isang video message, inihayag ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ang kanyang panghihinayang na siya’y hindi nakasama sa pagtitipon. Ibinahagi niya ang huling kaganapan kaugnay sa 17 na seafarers na bihag sa Red Sea, pati na rin ng mga Pilipinong nakauwi na mula sa Gaza. Ipinaabot din ni PBBM ang kanyang pasasalamat sa mga kontribusyon ng mga overseas Filipinos sa UAE, maging ang kanyang pagbati sa mga ito ng maligayang Pasko.

Limang proyekto para sa climate change adaptation, na nagkakahalagang PHP 539.44 milyon, aprubado na! Binigyang-diin ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. na ang People’s Survival Fund ang siyang magpapalakas sa pagtugon ng pamahalaan sa mga hamong dala ng climate change.Inanunsyo din ng Pangulo ang kanyang nalalapit na pagdalo sa 28th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP28) sa Dubai upang makibahagi sa mga diskusyon at global commitments para sa climate financing.
