Stay united against poverty, farmers urged

Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Secretary Conrado Estrella III on Friday exhorted farmers not to be swayed by other ‘fights’ other than the campaign to eradicate poverty.

Estrella made the remark amid political issues being hurled against President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. and his administration.

In his speech at a ceremonial turnover of land titles in Lucena, Estrella urged agrarian reform beneficiaries to remain united.

In Lucena, President Marcos led the ceremonial distribution of land e-titles to 15 ARBs and 11,497 Certificates of Condonation with Release of Mortgage (COCROMs) to over 9,000 ARBs. | PND
