Senate Opens Second Regular Session ahead of PBBM SONA


The Senate of the Philippines opens the Second Regular Session of the 19th Congress on Monday, July 24, 2023.

Later in the afternoon, at 4PM, the Senate and House of Representatives will convene in a joint session to hear President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. deliver his second State of the Nation Address (SONA) at the Plenary Hall of the Batasang Pambansa in Quezon City.
