Ipinarating din ni PBBM sa pulong ang nagiging epekto ng climate change sa supply chain system ng Pilipinas kaya naman agresibo ang pamahalaan sa paglalaan ng pondo para paunlarin pa ang mga imprastraktura, proyekto, at programa bilang tugon sa suliranin na ito.
